The BBB also conducted a review of major search engines and found several review sites which confirmed similar conduct by the company. Complaints allege that the consumers are having trouble getting refunds for returned items. Many consumers allege they have received the wrong fire stick, others allege they received a fire stick that was not working. These consumers state that when they return the item within the time frame of 30 days, they are not receiving the refund for the returned item. Many consumers state they have the tracking number to show the company received the returned item but did not return their money.
BBB brought these allegations to the business and the business did not respond. BBB will continue monitoring the business.
