On April 20, 2018, the BBB received correspondence from a consumer that Swiss Eagle Marketing approached their business soliciting the sale of signage. A purchase agreement was made and a company representative has taken money but the consumer has not received the sign and the company cannot be reached.
As of January 2, 2019 the business failed to respond to BBB's request for information. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or the PA Attorney General at 1.800.441.2555.
