- Additional Info:BBB contacted the company due to consumers alleging that items ordered were not delivered or only a part of an order was delivered. Consumers state that they did not receive items that they paid for in the agreed upon time frame nor were they updated to a new time. Some consumers allege they waited months and then requested a refund which they have not received. Consumers stated when they try to reach out to the company the phone numbers are not working and their emails are not being answered.
According to, The Federal Trade Commissions mail order rule requires that items ordered are to be shipped within 30 days of the order if no other time frame is given. If a business cannot ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if you made no promise) the business must notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain their right to cancel and get a full refund promptly.
This information was explained to the business and the BBB requested what the business would do to rectify these issues. As of March 27, 2020, the business has not responded to the Better Business Bureau.
