- Additional Info:The Better Business Bureau contacted the company due to consumer complaints alleging that consumers who contracted to store belongings in units had their belongings damaged by water infiltration, mold, and rodents and rodent feces. Many consumers claimed the company charged fees that were not applicable to them, such as late fees and truck fees. Consumers also stated they were not receiving refunds due to them. The BBB requested a response on what may have been the cause and any remedies planned. As of April 27, 2020, the business has not responded to the BBB.
