          On August 2nd and August 20th , the BBB sent correspondence to this business requesting information regarding its refund practices which consumer complaints alleged they do not receive a refund when they pay for parts that are never installed or delivered. The BBB also requested information on the company's customer service standards for returning to consumers home to repair unresolved problems. The BBB requested this information due to the volume of complaints regarding these practices that the BBB receives from consumers. To date, the company has not responded to the BBB's requests for additional information.
