          On October 30, 2020 BBB corresponded with Applewatchstore.com regarding a pattern of complaints: 

          BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging issues with Product and Customer Service.  Customers state that they ordered and paid for products, but that they did not receive what they ordered, and instead received Apple Airpod Pros. Consumers also state that they made multiple attempts  to contact the company about their concerns, but that their emails were not returned.

          Consumers are encouraged to contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov to file an additional complaint.  

          The BBB will continue to monitor any incoming complaints.
