- Additional Info:
In August 2018, BBB investigated E Loan Finance’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumers’ information that the company was offering a loan via text messaging. In our research we found that the company is not registered with the PA Dept. of Banking and PA Div. of Corporations, as required by law.
In talking with the owner of the company, they provided 4 Welsh Way Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as their location. BBB confirmed by the Allegheny Assessment Website that no such address exists and that the address provided by owner Jason Williams is not real.
A letter sent to the above stated address was mailed out on 08/22/2018 asking for the business to provide business locations & contact information, required licensing information and business history and details. On 9/4/2018 this letter was returned by the post office as non-deliverable.
Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
