On October 21, 2024, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs and TQ Nails, license no. CB099576L, came to a Consent Agreement regarding allegations that the salon operated in a grossly incompetent and unethical manner through the possession of Methyl Methacrylate (""MMA"") and failed to post a "No Smoking" sign.
A civil penalty of $5,350.00, a cease and desist possessing MMA order, as well as a public reprimand placed on their permanent disciplinary record was issued by the Board.
