This company is a daily publication service specializing in residential rental information. They do not guarantee that the customer will find a satisfactory rental unit through their service. They do not guarantee that the rental listing information supplied is completely accurate when given to the customer. The subcription is for one month and cannot be cancelled. In order to be eligible for a refund the customer must call the 24 hour customer service line or go into their office every business day to get an updated listing during that month, provide proof that they rented a property not listed with the company or if housing is not secured, show proof that another month's rent has been paid at current address. Proof of residency may be required at company's discretion. In addition the customer must put their request for refund in writing and the request must be received within 15 days of the expiration of the subscription.
