On September 22, 2020 BBB corresponded with Drume Music regarding a pattern of complaints:
BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging issues with Delivery, Service, Refund and Exchange, and Customer Service. Consumers state that they ordered products but never received them. Consumers also state that they were given invalid tracking information by the company. Customers claim that they asked for a refund, but never received one. Customers allege that they tried to contact the company regarding their concerns, but their emails were not answered, or they received auto replies.
The BBB will continue to monitor incoming complaints.
On October 7, 2020 the business replied:
All processes from our warehouse in China has been greatly affected. But even with that issue on delayed tracking. We have also monitored all of our customer's orders and making sure that it will arrived to them at least 2-3 months.
We have shipments that were cancelled and we resend all of it to them. We also have losses along the way by keep on resending customer's orders and changing of Carrier's like FedEx, China Post, Caniao and DHL.
We have some complaints that are not answered due to less staff to work on it as of this time. Yet we also try to answer some. We have also keeping a track of all customer's orders so it can be sent.
Normally, our orders can take up to 7 business days to be shipped and up to 25 business days to arrive with standard shipping.
I hope you can also ask again those customers as most of them already received their Drum orders - just delayed.
We ask from our customers and from BBB to bear with us at this crisis.
