Pattern of Complaint:
On August 26, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from My Diva’s Closet online store, but after several weeks they do not receive their products. Consumers further claim the company is unresponsive to requests for updates on the status of their order and refunds.
On August 26, 2020, and September 08, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to My Diva’s Closet for a response to the consumer complaints, however, as of September 22, 2020, the business has not responded.
A business registry search through the Oregon Secretary of State Corporate Division failed to provide any business license information for My Diva’s Closet.
