On March 16,2021 the business entered into a consent order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Order settles allegations that the business had failed to register its bullion product representatives in violation of Minnesota statute 80G.02, subd. 1. Under terms of the Assurance, the business agreed to pay a civil penalty to the State of Minnesota, and will cease and desist from violating any laws, orders, and rules, related to the duties and responsibilities entrusted to the Commissioner.
