- It's bittersweet but when itcomes down to it, DiplomaSender does not issue refunds once the product hasbeen sent. We hope you never have to consider a refund; but if you do, pleasetake some time to review all of the details below.
Here at DiplomaSender, we want to be sure you understand thecomplete details of making a purchase with us. Our products includecredentials, transcripts, and various letters, and confirmation that noacademic record was found; all of which can be delivered in different ways. Thegood news is that you are able to choose which delivery option is best for you:an email or the mail. The choice is yours! Once you have made the choice,please be sure you understand the refund policy - we have it all outlinedbelow, just for you.
Email – once the product is sent from our server, youwill no longer be eligible for a refund. If, however, the recipient does notreceive the product due to an incorrect email, you may correct the address andresubmit at no additional charge.
USPS First Class and Priority Express Mail – once thedocument is printed you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If the mailaddress is incorrect, you will need to create a new request with the correctedmailing address. You will be charged for the new request. If the maileddocuments are Returned To Sender (RTS). The returned documents are shredded toprotect your privacy, and there is an additional processing charge associatedwith a RTS reprint.
Just a little bit more information for you…
If any product fails to be delivered because of a problemwith our server, DiplomaSender will take reasonable steps to resubmit yourrequest at no additional charge to you. If we are unable to process yourrequest within 3 business days (provided you have given us the correct emailaddress, mail address) you will be eligible for a full refund.
