On March 14,2023, the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio indicted business owner, Adam N. Baird, in the Portage County Court of depriving property or services by deception valued at $35,000.00. the act being Grand Theft, a Felony of the Fourth Degree, in violation of Section 2913.02 of the Ohio Revised Code.
