December 19, 2019, Joshua Swann, owner of Window City of Cincinnati, was indicted in Hamilton County, Ohio on 49 charges, including a second-degree felony count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, 40 felony counts of theft and eight misdemeanor counts of theft. Mr. Swann is accused of failing to deliver supplies, promised services or refunds after accepting down payments from 24 customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Those customers allege he stole a total of $44,435 from July 2017 through May 2019.
On August 13, 2020, Joshua Swann was convicted of Count 1: Attempt (Engaging in Pattern of Corrupt Activity). All other counts were dismissed. On September 17, 2020, Joshua Swann was sentenced to perform 100 hours of community service and restitution to be paid to the victims.
