On November 15, 2022, BBB checked the website www.totemwp.com to determine when it was created and where it was registered. To date, the website is no longer working. The website was created on May 4, 2019, and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. In November and December of 2022 and in January 2023, your BBB reached out to Totem Media LLC in writing via email, postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Totem Media LLC.
