Fortuity was founded in order to provide better work opportunities for people in lower opportunity neighborhoods. We believe the only way to disrupt the generational cycle of poverty is through sustained employment and steadily increasing skills and wages. Fortuity is intentional and deliberate about offering employment to high-potential candidates that need a better opportunity. Our on-site non-profit partners provide extensive support services that help our employees manage the challenges that keep them moving in-and-out of the workforce and stuck in poverty.
