          Cleveland BBB has received complaints concerning this company from small business owners who report that the company sends merchandise and testers they did not order or agree to sell in their place of business, and then repeatedly bills for the product and/or refuses to accept its return. The company's response to these complaints is that they never send their product unless the business has agreed, but the business should return the invoice with a notation if they don't wish to keep the product. Other complaints allege the company continues to make sales calls after businesses have repeatedly requested them to stop. 

          On September 13, 2016 and again on November 21, 2016, the BBB contacted the company concerning this complaint pattern and its failure to correct the underlying cause of these complaints.  The company did not respond to the BBB at that time. BBB continues to receive complaints from consumers.
