About

Important information

  • Additional Info:

On April 19, 2016 BBB initiated an investigation into this business based on a report from a consumer that this business called him to say that they obtained his resume and were offering him the position of Project Supervisor. The job was described to be a permanent, full-time position that pays between $85K to $100K a year and whose duties include coordinating the import/export of goods. According to instructions given to the consumer over email, he must go through a probationary training period where he would be asked to perform various tasks to be evaluated by the business.

BBB is unable to locate this business. Mail sent to the business was returned as undeliverable. Our attempts to contact the business by phone and by email have received no response.

BBB cautions job seekers to be on the lookout for bogus foreign companies looking to hire US citizens. Consumers who respond to the ads are told that the employer is in a foreign country and needs an American contact to handle its business in the U.S. Once they have convinced the job seeker to trust them, they are asked to forward money from one account to another and/or to reship stolen merchandise to overseas companies as part of their employment duties. The shipper is then instructed to report back to the company in order to receive a check. Instead of a check, however, often times, the police will show up at the shipper’s door, because they have transported stolen merchandise with illegally obtained credit card information.
