On 9.18.18 and 11.16.18 BBB wrote to the business concerning a "lowest price" claim made on their website. Concerning "lowest prices" our BBB Code of Advertising reads:
"Advertisers should avoid making unqualified lowest prices claims. One appropriate qualification is to promise truthfully that the advertiser will meet or beat a lower price sold by others." And, "When advertisers offer a price match guarantee, the offer should be made in good faith, include all necessary information to take advantage of it, and not place unreasonable burdens on the consumer who wants to take advantage of the offer."The business did not respond. The ad review was closed unresolved.
