BBB complaints allege items being ordered 3 months ago that are never received and when consumers email business are told they cannot give refunds. Other complaints allege the products are not of good quality, but the company will not accept returns per their return policy. BBB has also received complaints that the items received are not as advertised on the website, they are unable to return the products for a refund.

business to voluntarily cooperate by providing a written response that outlines
steps it would take to avoid similar complaints in the future
