- Additional Info:After consumers reported to BBB that All Seasons Timeshares reneged on a money back guarantee and company representatives had stopped returning their calls, BBB began an inquiry into the company's business practices and operations. Shortly after a review of the company began, mail was returned from the company as undeliverable by USPS and the website for All Seasons Timeshares was subsequently shut down. BBB found no current or prior registration with the New York Department of State Division of Corporations for All Seasons Timeshares. In addition, BBB did not locate a bankruptcy filing for the company in the Southern District of New York. A representative from the Metro New York BBB visited 280 Madison Avenue, Suite 912, New York, NY, 10016, the location where the company allegedly operated from. However, a search of the company directory at that location did not retrieve any record of All Seasons Timeshares. The building's concierge also confirmed that the company was not located at that address. BBB also uncovered multiple records of other companies using that same address and specific suite number, which likely indicates a virtual address or mail drop. BBB contacted the local division of U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) and referred the matter for further investigation.
