Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning an advertised offer from Karma Mobility. Complaints recently filed with BBB say that Karma Mobility offered the "Neverstop" plan to consumers, with unlimited data with no caps and speeds of 5Mbps with no throttling. However, numerous consumers tell BBB that shortly after they prepaid for this service, the company notified them about a change to the terms of service - a data cap of 15G and a slow down to the internet speed. A few consumers report that the company is still advertising this service on their website, despite reneging on the terms they had originally offered to consumers. Many consumers are also alleging that they’ve requested a refund from Karma and returned the equipment to the company, yet weeks are going by without a refund, and consumers say they are very frustrated with the long delays.
