BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints regarding missing merchandise and poor customer service from Clifton Charles. In the last few months, there has been an increase in complaints coming into BBB about the company. Several consumers tell BBB that after ordering custom menswear items from Clifton Charles, they begin to encounter difficulty with the company. When some of these consumers try to contact the company to get an update on the status of their order or request a refund, they allege that they are unable to get a response from the company.

As of July 30, 2015, the business has not responded to BBB's communications and failed to specify what actions the company will take to alleviate the underlying issues in the pattern.
