Refund and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with our cleaning services is very important to us and we proudly stand behind our services as stated in our 100% satisfaction guarantee section below. We will place your credit card on hold (pre-authorize it) the day before service and then charge your credit card after the cleaning service has been completed, on the day of service.

If you need to make changes or cancel your service, please do so by 5PM, the day before service, to avoid a $75 late-cancellation fee. Changes and cancellations can be made by signing in to your account or contacting us.

After our cleaning team begins the Service or the Service has been completed, or a gift card has been purchased, we can not offer a refund, therefore we have a NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES policy. Sometimes there are situations outside of our control and a customer refund is necessary, such as a fraudulent transaction.

We take no responsibility and offer no refunds or exchanges if you purchase an add-on and then ask for a refund because you don't want it, change your mind, or any other reason that is not outside of your control, after our services have begun. However, you may cancel (refer to the Late Cancellation Fee section above), remove, or add additional add-ons prior to your service date and time. Once our cleaning team begins the Service or the Service has been completed, or a gift card has been purchased, all sales are final.

Recurring Services and/or Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Please note, that you must cancel your Recurring Services and Subscriptions before it renews, at least 48 hours prior to renewal, in order to avoid being charged for the next daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly Recurring Service or Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Recurring Service or Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly Recurring Service or Subscription period.

Refunds will not be provided for any Subscription. We do not provide refunds, credit, points, exchanges, or prorated billing for Subscriptions that are cancelled prior to the renewal date. In most circumstances, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly billing cycle, based on your Subscription. Please note, that each circumstance is unique and the election to make such an offer in one instance does not obligate us to do so in another.
