Pattern of Complaints:
In August 2019 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging they did not sign up for service with Silver Safe Box, LLC and did not authorize payments taken from their bank accounts. Additionally, complaints allege the information the business has for the consumer is old and outdated. BBB also received a complaint alleging that the business used the name of the consumers pet and not the name of the consumer to set up the account. Silver Safe Box, LLC has responded to the complaints and has refunded consumers once a complaint was filed with BBB. As of September 30, 2019 Silver Safe Box, LLC has not responded to the pattern of complaints and BBB continues to receive complaints.
