- Advertising Review:
On 5/30/2024 the BBB reached out to iRepairNM related to a 5 star Google rating being advertised on https://irepairnm.com/ that contradicts the 4.8 Star Google rating currently reflected on Google. We have challenged this claim based on Section 1 of the BBB Code of Advertising titled Basic Principles of the Code and FTC Guidance related to ratings, reviews, testimonials, etc...
BBB Code of Advertising section 1.1 states "The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB."

A second request was sent via email and USPS to the company on 06/07/2024. To date, the company has not responded to our requests nor have they modified the claim.
