Terms & Conditions
Attime of mattress purchase, you must purchase and use any of our mattress protectors.
The mattress must be undamaged in any manner.
The mattress may not be soiled, to include pet hair, dirt, grease, any marking whatsoever.
The mattress must not have absorbed any odors such as cigarette smoke, pet odor, overwhelming perfumes.
There may be a required period of up to 7 to 10 business days to accommodate a full refund.
Pickup/Delivery scheduling may take up to 5 to 7 business days depending on scheduling availability.
