All products mustbe returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork andaccessories to ensure a full credit.
Return of products are allowed ONLY with ReturnMerchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Send emailto returns@fabninedesign.com withorder details for return authorization.
Buyer pays forreturn shipping. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. They cannotaccept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please read theinformation on your original packing slip.
Pack the itemsecurely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copyof the packing slip.
If you do not haveyour original packing slip, please provide them with your name, address, phonenumber, email address, and order number.
You should NOTindicate on the package that it contains jewelry, gemstones or otherluxury-related items, as this invites theft.
For yourprotection, they recommend that you use a shipping method that trackingservices from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return.
Keep the ReturnTracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the packageis returned to their distribution center.
You can expect arefund within 30 days of them receiving your returned product. Refund will becredited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
