At Evolve Fitness Studio, we are committed to providing clear and professional service to all our members. Please review our refund and cancellation policies, which comply with New Jersey state law requirements for health clubs.
Cancellation Within Three Days
Members may cancel their contract within three operating days of receiving it. To cancel, you may:
- Provide written notice via certified or registered mail.
- Deliver the notice in person.
- Complete the online cancellation form available on our website.
If cancellation is within the three-day window, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the notice. If the third operating day falls on a Sunday or holiday, notice can be mailed, delivered, or submitted online on the next operating day.
Cancellation After the Three-Day Window
Cancellations submitted after the initial three-day period must be received at least seven days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Cancellation can be completed by:
- Submitting the Membership Cancellation Form online.
- Providing written notice via certified or registered mail.
Please note: Submission of the online form must be completed no later than seven days before your next billing date to ensure timely processing.
Additional Cancellation Rights
You may also cancel your contract for the following reasons with appropriate documentation:
- Significant Physical Disability: If a doctor certifies that you are unable to use the facility for six months or longer.
- Relocation: If you move more than 25 miles from the studio. Proof of relocation is required.
- Facility Closure: If the studio ceases to offer the contracted services.
- Death: In the event of your passing, your estate will be relieved of further payment obligations.
