CANCELLATION DURING RESCISSION PERIOD: EITHER PARTY MAY RESCIND OR CANCEL THE AGREEMENT DURING THE THREE-DAY RESCISSION PERIOD AS LONG AS TRAINING HAS NOT STARTED. IF TRAINING HAS STARTED DA HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. IF THE TRAINING HAS NOT STARTED AND A PARTY SEEKS TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT, A WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE OTHER PARTY PRIOR TO THE END OF THE RESCISSION PERIOD. IF A STUDENT SEEKS TO RESCIND THE CONTRACT, HIS OR HER WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE SENT BY E-MAIL TO DA. IF DA SEEKS TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT, ITS WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE WILL BE SENT TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE STUDENT. THIS AGREEMENT MAY NOT BE RESCINDED OR CANCELLED VERBALLY.
NO REFUNDS AFTER RESCISSION PERIOD: IF THIS AGREEMENT IS PROPERLY RESCINDED OR CANCELLED BY DA, ALL MONEY PAID BY THE STUDENT SHALL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION DATE. IF THE STUDENT PROPERLY RESCINDS OR CANCELS THIS AGREEMENT, ALL FEES PAID BY THE STUDENT, EXCEPT FOR THE $400.00 REGISTRATION FEE, SHALL BE REFUNDED TO THE STUDENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION DATE. IF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT RESCINDED OR CANCELLED DURING THE RESCISSION PERIOD, THE CONTRACT BECOMES BINDING ON BOTH PARTIES AND THE STUDENT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND THEREAFTER.
