Consumers have reached out to BBB with reports that they are unable to reach the business via email, phone, Facebook and/or Instagram. Customers reported products and/or refunds not received.
On July 13, 2016, BBB contacted Shredz Supplements LLC to address a possible pattern of complaints.
Shredz Supplements LLC responded with the following steps taken:
Consumers reporting they are unable to reach the business via email, phone, Facebook and/or Instagram:
- Email - we have reviewed and addressed the response time with our Customer Service department regarding the Email responses. This includes requiring a response to all pending tickets within an 18-48 hour period
- Phone - we have added an additional phone transfer service to remotely tackle any calls during non-business hours
- Facebook/Instagram - we continue to direct any support based inquiries to support@shredz.com when they present themselves on social media outlets such as Facebook/Instagram
Customers reported products and/or refunds not received.
- We have confirmed that no backorders over a reasonable amount of time are pending without notification to the customer with an option to modify or refund the order
- All approved refunds have been provided (up to date within the last 5 business days). We do run into the issue of customers requesting refunds to a payment medium other than which they paid for the products. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor this request as our policy is to provide the refund via the same channel that the payment was originally made.
BBB continued to monitor incoming complaints and determined steps outlined were not sufficient to address an underlying cause of the complaints.
