Important information
- Additional Info:The BBB has learned that this business is the victim of Corporate Identity Theft. Consumers contacting the BBB report that they receive a check in the mail and an email with instructions on how to conduct a mystery shopping "review" on a local company. The email instructs the consumer to cash the check received and wire part of the money via Western Union to an individual who's address is out of the area. Unfortunately the check is bogus and by the time the consumers bank has notified them that the check is fraudulent consumers have already emailed monies via Western Union from their own personal accounts and have been scammed. The company, "Customer Perspectives" is a legitimate company operating in New Hampshire. Consumers who receive similar mailings/emails should contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov as well as report the scam to their local postmaster.
