- Return Policy: By choosing iFixOmaha to repair your device you receive a limited lifetime guarantee for the repair work performed ("Warranty") for as long as you own your device. To obtain service, call 402.218.4651. iFixOmaha will attempt to repair the problem free of charge. If a problem persists, iFixOmaha will offer a refund for the initial amount of the repair. The Warranty does not apply to broken glass, water damage, normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, subsequent accident or original manufacturer defects nor does the Warranty apply to any work on the device provided by anyone other than iFixOmaha. Any work performed by anyone other than iFixOmaha before or after repair will void the Warranty. The Warranty is non-transferable and terminates upon transfer of the device.
In-Store Purchase Returns
In-store return: If customer returns product(s) purchased from an iFixOmaha Store, within (30) days of the purchase date with the original receipt, to an iFixOmaha Store located in the continental U.S., in its original condition and with the tags still attached, customer will receive a refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Return of Sale Items: Sale items that are not accompanied by the original receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If the store lacks funds, the return is over $350, or the customer cannot be refunded on their original form of payment and does not want a merchandise credit, a check will be issued by iFixOmaha's corporate office located in Omaha, Nebraska and the check will be mailed to customer within 4-6 weeks. - Business Categories
