BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of unanswered complaints from consumers alleging that Schirmbeck Photography is failing to provide refunds for cancelled services. Consumers state that the business has cancelled their scheduled photo shoot, and when asked for a refund, the business provides various excuses as to why a refund cannot be provided at that time.
BBB contacted Schirmbeck Photography requesting their voluntary cooperation in addressing the alleged pattern of complaints, and any efforts made in eliminating the alleged pattern of complaints. The business owner responded to BBB with the following comment:
"I have made sure to fulfill client orders with no refunds needed so I will make sure I don't get any more of those complaints as well as making it right with all previous clients thank you".BBB has determined that the business has failed to eliminate the pattern of complaints.
