During a session, clients wear minimal and dry protective clothing (gloves, socks, and briefs). The temperature is regulated by the automated system but can also be adjusted within a range of -166°F to -320°F by the operating technician via keypad or optional touchscreen control panel. The recommended session temperature is -260°F for 2-3 minutes.

NormaTec Compression Therapy: NormaTec’s patented Sequential Pulse Technology sets it apart from any other massage compression device by synergistically combining three
distinct massage techniques – Pulsing, Gradient Hold, and Distal Release
– to speed the body’s recovery process.

Cryo-Facials:Vasoconstriction causes pore size to decrease. Collagen production is
stimulated, which tightens the skin and reduces wrinkles. Toxins in the
skin are reduced by increased blood flow. When treating the scalp, hair
growth is stimulated by increasing blood flow. Also reduces inflammation
and puffiness of the skin.

the body are achieved through Spot Cryotherapy. It is most commonly used
