          In November 2017, Better Business Bureau of Northwest NC contacted Mind Life Matters, PC in regard to a pattern of complaints alleging the office billed patients for erroneous charges and held patient's funds after the office was reimbursed by the insurance provider. Additionally, one complainant was required by the business to withdraw their complaint as a condition of resolution. 
           
          The certified letter BBB sent to the business was accepted, but, to date, no response has been received.
