On August 8, 2022, Better Business Bureau of Central and Northwest NC attempted to contact the business regarding advertisements on their website, https://justbeyouperiod.com/ stating:
- This Yoni moisturizer is made specifically for your Yoni and is packed with ingredients that help fight Bacterial Vaginosis, Yeast Infection, Odor, Itching and Discomfort. It also promotes a balanced PH and assists with vaginal dryness.
- “At first I had questioned P**** f**** but Girrrl I have never been amazed by the way things work I have eczema under my armpit with was the worst but P**** f**** helped better than my medicine and no more hair bumps or skin discoloration it makes my body feel amazing and smooth I just finished my first jar and I'm going to get more thank you”
- A percentage of our proceeds will go to Success Ultd. which is a Non-Profit organization that teaches parents how to be their childs first teacher and also teaches children how to be successful in school and in life. Their efforts to keep the kids of their community off the streets have not gone unnoticed.
Basic Principles of the Code requires that advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.
Claimed Results requires claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.
Testimonials and Endorsements states that advertising which contains representations or statements which would be misleading if made directly by the advertiser.
As of August 15, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. Email sent to the business was delivered but was not opened. Postal mail sent to the business has been returned sender.
