The 30 days starts when your order has been completely delivered and your return must be in transit to us by the 30th day. There will be no returns authorized beyond the 30th day.
This Does not apply to special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR DELIVERY


Please note that it is the Customer's responsibility to inspect all freight for damage and/or carton damage at the time of delivery. These areas of concern must be notated on the delivery receipt. (example: carton damage or non-receipt of services such as: items not brought into the room of choice, assembly not performed).


The delivery driver is only required to deliver your order 'Curbside', and is NOT required to enter your house, unpack or install your furniture.Should you need or require any extra services, such as unpack and installation, you MUST inform us beforehand, as the shipping companies ALL charge extra for these type of occasion. Often a driver may offer to do this for you, and if this happens, and we are NOT informed beforehand, we may charge your credit card with any additional fees passed onto us by the shipping company.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ON RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES, THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL CALL YOU TO SET UP A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT. THIS APPOINTMENT WILL CONSIST OF A TIME FRAME

REDELIVERY CHARGES, If you miss the scheduled appointment and need it redelivered you will be charged a minimum redelivery charge of 75.00 as this what most carrier charge us. So please do not miss your appointment. There will be no exceptions on this charge.

Addition service. This is curbside delivery you will need help getting the product off the back of the truck. If your request lift gate service , then a minimum fee will be charged of 45.00 as this is what most carriers charge us. There will be no exceptions on this charge.

*** Most UPS ORDERS Ship between 7-14 days to ship and to receive a tracking number. Freight items can take 3-4 weeks. It is not abnormal to not receive a tracking number right away. You will receive a series of the following emails.

1. Confirmation of order

2. Confirmation of payment received

3. Schedule shipment

4. Product has shipped along with tracking information.

NORMAL TIME OF DELIVERY (UNFINISHED) IS USUALLY 3-4 weeks FROM PURCHASE FOR YOUR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE. IF FINISHING IS INVOLVED, FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE IT, AN ADDITIONAL FOUR WEEKS IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOM FINISHING. WE WILL WORK VERY HARD TO WORK WITHIN THESE TIME FRAMES AND HOPEFULLY WILL COMPLETE THE ORDER IN A SHORTER PERIOD OF TIME THAN STATED. IN AN OCCURANCE THAT YOUR ORDER TIME EXCEEDS THE PERIOD STATED ABOVE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER AS AGREED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME EXCEEDING THE PERIOD(S) LISTED ABOVE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT WITH ANY SPECIAL ORDER THAT IS PLACED WITH US THAT IS CANCELLED, TO RETAIN ANY AND ALL DEPOSITS MADE, TO DEFER OUR RESTOCKING, HANDLING, AND SHIPPING COSTS.

Chargebacks.

Chargebacks is your last resort. They are most difficult to resolve and require the longes time. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve any issues you may have. We are happy to work thru issues within reason. ALL ORDERS ARE HALTED DURING THIS PROCESS

The following is what to expect

. If consumer attempts to chargeback all merchandise/shipments are put on hold until a resolutions is completed. This means any returns previously authorized will be voided until the outcome of the investigation.

Put simply a chargeback is the last resort and the most difficult to resolve. Therefore, if you have any concerns contact us at once. Otherwise we must follow out policies which are clearly outlined and we will not waiver from these policies in any way.
We fight all chargebacks to the fullest extent including arbritration with MC/Visa. Which will include additonal fees up $500.00 Please consult with your credit card company about the abritration fees.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE or lost freight

If you freight has been shipped and the carrier has lost your freight. Then a freight claim must be filed and upon conclusiion of that claim a replacement product would be shipped or a refund will be applied towards the lost item. We are unable to provide another product until all reimbursements are made by the freight carrier.


All items are fully insured with the Freight Carrier against damage in transit with the notation of such damage on the delivery receipt. Options are limited in cases when the delivery receipt is not notated with all issues. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item the following steps must be taken:

Accept delivery of your complete order.
You must Contact us within 48 hours after delivery of any difects or damanges so that we can remedy the issue. Anything beyond the 48 hours will not be allowed.
Any damage to the products or to the boxes must be noted on the delivery receipt.


Having the damaged furniture in your home allows us to remedy the issue quicker and also provides you with furniture to use in the meantime. Bear Naked Furniture will repair to first quality or replace your damaged furniture. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery.If damage or defect is not reported within 48 hours there will nothing we will be able to do and all claims from that point will be denied.

FREIGHT REFUSAL OR UNDELIVERABLE PRODUCT

If you refuse freight or freight is returned as undeliverable you will be liable for ALL shipping charges to and from and a 50% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. The balance remaining will be applied to a store credit only or merchandise credit.

Do note the freight carrier is not a warehouse and are unable to store product.

REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT

If consumer refuses shipment or its deemed undeliverable regardless reason they will forfeit a refund and all shipping charges to and from along with a 50%
retocking fee will be applied against the account and the balance will be considered a store credit only..


Wrong Item
We must be informed within 72 hours of delivery IN WRITING. Any noitification beyond this timeframe will not be honored.

If you accidentally receive the wrong item. Please do not refuse it as this willl cause numerous delays and fees. Accept the shipment and contact us immediately via email and we will verify the order and send a return tag and corrected item to you at the same time. Any fedex order the label will be emailed to you for your return, Freigth items leave the item in the original packaging and we will have the freight company pick it up and the time of the new shipment. This will all be a no cost to you. We must be notifiied within 72 hours after delivery in writing. Any notificatio beyond that point will not be honored.

Unathorized returns

Items returned without the proper RGA# or sent to the wrong warehouse are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund. If credit is to be given, it will be by store credit only. Please read your return instructions carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.

We will inform you via email if the item you chose is out of stock or delayed. Once product has shipped we have not control over the time it will take to arrive at your residence. We do however provide you a tracking number so that you can track your purchase at your convenience. Typically, 4-5 days from time product has shipped you should receive it.

Drivers are not movers and therefore deliver curbside. Please not that all motor freight requires a signature and inspection. Please take the time to inspect the package before signing the bill of Lading. Indicate any noticeable damage on the BILL and accept package as such. Any damage claim can be resolved best when you are in possession of the merchandise. Any refusal of freight will following our policies as indicated in refusal of freight.

Regular orders

Effective immediately There are no refunds on cancelled orders. You will receive a 100% store credit for 1 year after date of cancellation.
Special order or custom finish orders

Cancellation of special orders where manufacturing has commenced and/or purchases have been made on your behalf, are subject to a minimum cancellation charge amounting to 50% of the purchase price and the balance will remain as store credit only. You will not be entitled to a refund.

The cancellation charge covers loss of value, administration and inventory costs, and other associated expenses.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT WITH ANY SPECIAL ORDER THAT IS PLACED WITH US THAT IS CANCELED TO RETAIN ANY AND ALL DEPOSITS MADE, TO DEFER OUR RESTOCKING, HANDLING, AND SHIPPING COSTS

all custom order or special orders are non refundable and can not be canceled once we have placed your order for production. and processing and shipping time is 8-12 weeks. We try our very best to get the shipment before this time frame. Do understand that some delays can happen during production. We will keep posted if any delays occure

Delays

Please understand that this is furniture and we are dealing with freight and delays can happen beyond our control. We will advise you if a delay is happening.

If we are unable to ship within the promised time, We will notify you by mail, telephone, or email, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date.

If you ignore the option notice, and the delay is 30 days or less, it's assumed that you accept the delay and are willing to wait for the merchandise.
If you do not respond - and the delay is more than 30 days - the order will be canceled by the 30th day of the delay period and a full refund

IF we can't meet the revised shipping date, we will notify you again by mail, email or telephone and give you a new shipping date or cancel your order and give you a refund.

The order will be canceled and a refund issued promptly unless you indicate by the revised shipping date that you are willing to wait.

ALL MOTOR FREIGHT ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED A HANDLING FEE OF 35.00. This covers the cost of pallet and notification from the freight company. We will cover all other shipping charges.
