My wife purchased a WHR ELEC RNG.(WFE535S0JZ)$839.20 on 11/21/21 also paid for wire RNG.cord 6ft. and delivery. I was told that the delivery is expected on 4Dec21 and it could be anytime between 8am-8pm. 12hrs and if perhaps it doesn't come that day a reschedule is done,also purchaser will be call 1 hour prior to delivery. The purchaser is left perhaps missing a day of work and waiting for you to 12 hrs. with the possibility of a reschedule with the amount of technology available I think Lowe's could do far better on giving the customer/ purchaser a better estimate on delivery times. It's 18:10hrs/6:10pm and we're still waiting for the hour-out call. Not to mention I missed a day of work when I could have made if I had known the delivery would still not be here at 6:10pm. Just want to say Thank you and I will never use your delivery services again..Review from RDR

Worst store ever...Rudeness is there policy Store isthe one in **** ,**(outlet store) The new outlet store managed by a clown named ****... you cant get more ignorance out a person...The appliance they sell is all junk damaged and dangers be aware....I called and inquired about a stove they give me a price on the phone ...called again to make sure was there before arrival.. drove for 45min and at arrival stove was not only junk but dangers to people to use it The damaged with stuck ****, parts falling off the stove ... Ask to see manager and was denied by (***) floor idiot (not trained at all, totally clueless about the product) Left store called concerned, and spoke with **** ( The clown manager) I dont understand how a human can get that low and that much rudeness, he believes scramming is away to deal with customers .( shame on Lowes for not doing a better job on hiring ) Also, stove was a junk, shouldnt be sold as would pose a fire hazard or a electric shock as buttons are stuck and heavy to turn..obviously internal problem there I will call ******************** safety department to make then aware of possible fraud sell and hazardous and endangers to people If you ever go there bring a bag of attitude and knowledge as they have plenty of attitude by no idea what they doingReview from John L

Recently renovated Bath and purchased all from Lowes. I will NEVER purchase anything from Lowes again.Horrible service and they are not honest, customer service is nonexistent. I caution anyone no to go to Lowes. Shop at ********** much better service.Review from Ling C

Credit card application gives 20% discount. But the promotion terms and conditions was super misleading. The promo code can only be used for the first purchase within *********************************** the terms. Instead they said you can get a 20% discount today, and the discount is valid from Jan 2021 to Jan 2022...Review from Chris B

Had a roof install ********* after 3 days when roofer was done attempt repairs and still *********. Lowes can not get another roofer out to fix this. I got a warranty that lowes can not honor. Tried calling other roofers for a quote for repair and no call backs. They would want to re do the whole roof to make it right and lowes will not agree to re do the roof or give a refund.Review from Jon P

There is absolutely NOTHING star-worthy about the service from Lowe's. I have never seen a delivery so poorly handled, and hope I don't again. I understand mistake happen, but this felt more like utter carelessness. If I had known that purchasing a refrigerator from Lowe's meant a two-week nightmare, I would have easily taken my time and money somewhere else. This experience has solidified distrust in this company for me, and I would steer all my friends, family, acquaintances, etc. FAR away from them for any kind of appliance if they are considering having it delivered. The way their delivery service works is as if they have no regard for their customer whatsoever. We were told at the store on Friday (11/12/2021) that they would call us the night before the delivery to let us know the window of time for the arrival. We waited and waited, and that definitely did not happen. That left us unable to plan our day around when to expect our fridge. They ended up calling us the day of the delivery (11/14/2021) while I was in worship service and could not answer the phone. Then I tried to call to see what delivery options were possible since the time I was told was not going to fit for us. Apparently, the only way to do that is to lose the spot you currently have for them to be able to check the system for future dates. I ended up losing the time I had and being told that it would still be the same day, but there's no way to know when since my slot basically fell into limbo. I waited all day and heard nothing until Monday where I was told my arrival would be Tuesday (11/16/2021). That day revealed to me that there is no continuity between Lowe's and their third-party delivery provider. I was told at the store that we would not need to purchase a new ice-maker outlet box if our current one has a shutoff valve. The delivery personnel get to the house, check our valve and immediately tell us we have the wrong connection and cannot complete the installation. They also tell us they cannot leave the fridge for us to install it or it will void the warranty. Upon that information, we had to reschedule for them to come Friday since we needed enough time to get a plumber over to the house to install a new outlet box. The plumbers arrive Thursday (11/18/2021) and tell us that Lowe's delivery was completely wrong and that they could have done the install with what we had if they just used a small hose coupling. We decided to have them install the outlet box anyway just to be sure, which ended up costing us almost $200. Out of frustration, we ended up talking with a Lowe's floor manager who confirmed that wouldn't have been any warranty concerns for us installing the fridge OR any need to replace the outlet back. We were reimbursed with a $260 Lowe's card, but the problems did not stop there. Friday (11/19/2021) came and the Lowe's delivery arrives again, but this time completely outside the window they were scheduled to come. They came to our kitchen, inspected the outlet box, measured the areas they would need to pass through...everything seemed in order. They unbox the fridge to find a HUGE dent in the back of it where the compressor is located. The question I'd have is why is the inventory not inspected BEFORE it's loaded on the truck. From what one of the delivery guys told me, they had several cancellations that day due to damaged goods (which attributed to their early arrival time). They take it back and schedule to have a new one delivered for Saturday (11/20/2021). They come in the late afternoon, check the area as they did before...and decide the job requires a four-man team to get the fridge up the stairs and in the kitchen. I would REALLY like for someone to explain to me why this was not accounted for before anyone every made it to my house the first TWO times delivery people came over. How is it that all that stopped the previous delivery was a huge dent, but now it's the necessity of a four-man team? How is it that the two delivery guys from before said nothing about the job requiring more men? The lack of communication between ALL parties involved is staggering and ridiculous. We were once again forced to have our installation rescheduled, the only exception being that they decided to leave it in our garage this time. They told us that the earliest day they had available was Tuesday. Mind you, through this whole ordeal we have been basically trying to live out of groceries bagged up in the fridge to make the transport of them from one to another less cumbersome. It made accessing anything in the fridge vey difficult, especially when it came to cooking. It also was a huge hassle having to unload the fridge and reload it, all because Lowe's cannot get their stuff together. We talked to the floor manager again to let them know all the headache this has costed it, and they assure us that they would take care of us for all the trouble. We come to Tuesday (11/23/2021), they arrive MUCH earlier than expected and it's STILL A TWO-MAN TEAM! They claimed the other team was too far out, so they would handle it. Might I also add here that EVERY team we talked to was two guys where only one spoke English and the other had to translate. This team barely had one English-speaking delivery person! So after concealing my anger over the fact that we were basically lied to about four people being necessary and having to wait longer for it. They make preparations to take the fridge upstairs. They take the doors off the fridge and take off our garage door...which if they had properly measured, they would have known that the front door is wider and more accessible. They struggled greatly with getting it upstairs, but they were able to do accomplish the installation. You would think this would be the end of the nightmare...but it wasn't. They pretty much lie to our faces and tell us another team would be coming to pick up the old fridge. We opted to not have them put our garage door back on the hinges since they told us this. We waited all day...no one shows...no communication as to why...no info as to when they would come. Our door is left off the hinges all day (all scuffed and dirtied from them) and we end up putting back on. We call up Lowe's Delivery for the umpteenth time and they tell us the next day they have...and it happens to be a timeframe that we would be out of town for the holidays. The earliest we would be able to have them come to get the fridge they should have taken before leaving is the upcoming Monday. Monday (11/29/2021) is here and they have the nerve to ask me, "How come the other guys didn't take this?" REALLY?? "How about you guys figure that one out and then let me know??" is what I thought, but refrained from saying. To their credit, they decided to go the logical route of taking it through the front door. After struggling to bring it down, they start to try to feed me the ridiculous notion of them possibly needing a four-man team for this (a fridge that is smaller than the one that was brought up by the previous two man team). They reassess they strategy and manage to bring it down...but also scratch our wall in the process. After all is said in done...lack of communication, costly misinformation, wasted time, blatant lying...they decide to reward us with a $250 reimbursement to our credit card. Glad to know how little you they think of what they've costed us. My wife has clinical anxiety and depression, which is triggered by high stress...but sure, a less than 10% discount totally makes up for it. If you value your sanity and don't want to deal with incompetence to the FULLEST degree, stay far away from anything delivered by Lowe's.Review from EA J

Lowes ******************************************** recent months. I am a regular and these past few months, I have notice they will take their time to respond to a customer concern. Also they are rude and rude to their employees. I have seen how they respond to questions and lets just say its not great customer service. I am very dissappointed on how this Lowes has gone down.Review from Emily W

I went to the Lowes store in **** **** on 11/21. I purchased a new washer and dryer to be delivered 11/23. It was delivered. We set it up and the washer did not work. It had a fatal code that said unplug and call service. I called the store the next day at 7:00am (my store opens 6am). I held forever then a lady answered and said oh appliances people dont come in till 8:00a. I explained to her the situation since she said she was customer service and she said call back after 8:00 when appliance people come in she couldnt help me. I called back after 8:00 they first said yeah we can help you please hold. She came back on the line and said I know we can help but I dont know how. Can you call back after 11:30 when ******** comes in? So I did. She said oh we cant help you at the store you have to talk to delivery services Ill connect you . I was connected and held for 27 minutes and they said we will open a case and call you within 24 hours. I said well thats thanksgiving, she said they will still call you. So Friday after I waited over 48 hours I called again. Held for 31 minutes and she said I will escalate it and they will call you within a few hours. 4 hours later I still had not received a call. So I called back and held again. I did not want to go into another weekend with no washer. Finally they said they would deliver Saturday ****. I had previous plans and people visiting for thanksgiving, so I wasnt about to cancel. This whole ordeal was ridiculous. The fact I didnt have a washer when I had guests in town, the amount of phone calls I had to make to get this sorted out, and the plans it messed up for my Saturday. I feel like Lowes dropped the ball. They made this my problem when they should have stepped up and fixed my issue instead of making me deal with it. Iam so disappointed with Lowes customer service. This is not the first service issue Ive had with Lowes. I feel like I may be done shopping at Lowes. This was just a time consuming mess.Review from Tim L

Lowes deserves no stars. I ordered 10 windows in August 2021, to be installed by Lowes. I was promised that they could be installed in early October. When I called in October, no one seemed to know what was going on. They told me that it would then be the end of October. I received no information from Lowes, and no one would respond to emails or phone calls. I continued to to call and email all of November with employees promising to look into it and promising to call me back but then no response. Now on Nov. 30, they tell me that the windows haven't even been ordered yet. The salesperson is unavailable and will not respond. Apparently there isn't a store manager even at the store. They certainly were able to take my $13,000 very quickly and efficiently, but they have been completely incompetent in their service. I will never shop at or use Lowes again. I don't understand how they can remain in business. Do not use them.
