Terms of the merger were not disclosed. In a press release announcing the merger, Triad Financial Advisors CEO and owner Patrick Rush said the firm’s values align with OneDigital. According to OneDigital, all Triad employees will stay on in adjacent roles, and Rush will become senior vice president of retirement and wealth and will continue to lead the Triad team.
