On 8/7/21 I received and paid for a DOT CDL physical. I paid in full $136. I had to send a copy Of my cpap prescription in order to be given my completed Med certificate. I picked up the certificate from the reception desk on 8/11/21 as it was ready then. At that time I saw no nurse or NP , just picked up the certificate. On 9/21/21 I received another **** for $68.00 for an office visit with a nurse practitioner(CH). The **** is fraudulent in that 1) I only picked up a piece of paper I had previously paid for. 2) there was no office visit with anyone at the office. I was told after numerous calls to atrium customer service, with no follow up calls and a personal visit to Atrium ****** on 11/30/21 that this charge was for re entering my info to the state ! I do not accept that excuse since last year I did the same process and provided a cpap prescription after the initial visit in 2020 and was never rebilled. NC state will not accept incomplete submissions (so no reentering of any info could have been done) Atrium either made a mistake and lost my info or made a billing error. Nether of which is my responsibility. This was a coding error if not intentionally fraudulent and Atrium will not resolve it. I will not pay nor return to atrium but rather use another urgent care or my own physician ( which I should have done originally as it turns out).Business response
