              Between 11/22/2021 and 11/28/2021, I was charged $540.00 in fees for non sufficient funds in my bank account. The transactions were debit card transactions and the money was in the account. However, 3 holds were placed on the account due to pay at the pump gas station transactions and this caused the account to go into a negative balance. The branch manager initially admitted it was a bank error, but she had to "figure out" how to justify returning the fees. She has since retracted her initial statements and is not refunding the fees. The Regional ************* would not admit bank error, but could not justify the fees. It is clear in the bank statements the money was in the account prior to the gas station holds.

              Absolutely terrible I have to sit on the phone for an hour for them to pick up and they hang up on me or have no way of helping me fix a problem they caused they turned off my card and they dont have a way to reactivate it so I have to wait for a new one and so now I wont be able to pay rent
