As a used car dealership, we have an "As Is" purchase/rental policy. Our return policy or early termination is clearly written in our contract. There are service and restocking fee's that are deducted from the security deposit.
However, we have strong business ethics and if a customer is not happy with our product, we will exhaust all efforts to resolve any problems to include an exchange into another vehicle or full refund of deposit up to 100% of down payment.
