TAME teaches its participants how to protect all areas of their health: mind, body, and spirit. These essential three areas of one’s health are all connected; disease in one area will affect the others. Thus, a holistic program can address each area of addiction so that long term recovery can be sustained. TAME offers participants to improve every aspect of their health. For example, participants might enjoy our mindfulness meditation sessions to aid their spiritual health, counseling sessions for their psychological health, exercise and yoga for their physical health. TAME offers some of the same treatment options as traditional programs, while offering extra benefits. Our clients may have underlying spiritual, mental, and physical struggles that led them to seek the consolation of drugs or alcohol. We offer a fresh effective alternative approach that helps treat our entire being.
Our services include; Therapy with qualified licensed professional counselors, recovery support & recovery maintenance with our intensive outpatient groups, meditation, yoga & massage, diet and exercise regimes, reiki healing sessions, essential oils, our court ordered classes for various misdemeanor charges as well as other alternative healthy choices. Our approach to recovery is total health & wellness.
