On January 24, 2017 BBB sent a letter via certified mail to the business requesting certain information regarding its pattern of complaints. Based on BBB files, the company has a pattern of complaints and has failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints. Complaints are regarding problems with service and delivery, honoring contracts after deposit is paid. Also complaints allege customer service issues, such as delays meeting deadlines, not responding to consumer's inquiries (emails), telephone calls. Request for refunds also went unanswered.
