According to information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaint alleging customer service issues, delivery issues, and refund issues. Specifically, complaints allege consumers purchased hockey equipment on the company's website, which indicated tracking information would be provided once items were shipped. Complaints indicate once the product is ordered and the company took payment, items are never received.
Complaints further allege when consumers attempt to contact the business by phone, they are unable to speak with a representative due to the telephone number is disconnected. Other complaints indicate email messages sent to the business seeking information on delivery status receive a reply "due to heavy volume" their order has been delayed.

Better Business Bureau is warning consumers about https://mysterysouth.com/, an online store that claims to be operating in Gulfport, MS. Consumers from all across the United States report placing orders with the site, and never receiving the items or any form of correspondence.
In November of 2019, BBB serving Mississippi investigated this company after several customers filed complaints against the company asking BBB for help to receive the products they ordered or a refund. Consumers also submitted BBB customer reviews (all one-star reviews). So far, customers in 9 states complained to BBB that they placed orders with this website and paid for merchandise but never received it. Consumers tried reaching out to the company but emails have gone unanswered and the phone is disconnected.
During the BBB investigation all mail sent to the address listed on the company’s website was returned as “No Such Number” by the United States Postal Service and the company cannot be reached by phone.
Because of the non response to consumer complaints, the company has an F rating with BBB. BBB has received 419 inquiries on the company since October of 2019.
