- Additional Info:On March 5, 2014, BBB sent a certified letter to the company regarding concerns of its business practices and misrepresentation of services and sales. BBB requested terms of the initial contract it provided its customers, royalty agreements, refund policy and how it will address future handling of complaints. After three delivery attempts, the letter was returned to BBB as "Unclaimed." On April 4, 2014, BBB emailed the business owner the same correspondence requesting information. The owner responded the same day, stating all of her complaints were personally handled by her as they were brought to her attention. She also stated in October 2013, the policies and procedures were updated. The owner supplied BBB with copies of contracts which included the Author Order Form and Author Services Agreement. She agreed to comply with any request and future complaints brought to her business.
