- Advertising Review:On November 4, 2019, BBB asked the company to substantiate and add adisclaimer to their advertisement of "(Home page) Now offering guaranteedbaby packages at the lowest cost in the US!; Earthly Angels has thelowest fee in the U.S.; also have the lowest cost surrogacy packages!;(IP;Process) Unfortunately, EA cannot guarantee that everyone will have ababy", found on their company website. According to BBB Code of Advertising, despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive prices, the rapidity with which prices fluctuate and the difficulty ofdetermining prices of all sellers at all times preclude an absoluteknowledge of the truth of unqualified underselling/lowest price claims. Advertisers must have proper substantiation for all claims prior to dissemination. Unqualified underselling claims must be avoided. Advertisers can lessen the potential for consumer confusion byappropriate qualifications to any underselling/lowest price claim, suchas by stating, if truthful, that the advertiser will meet or beat alower price. The company has not responded to BBB's request for substantiation.
