Complaints

BBB regularly reviews a company’s file to monitor complaint activity and review files for patterns or high volumes of complaints from an industry standpoint. At this time, BBB is seeing both a high volume of complaints in the file and patterns within those complaints. Specifically, consumers reported delays in filling orders, reporting the company is not returning calls or emails and requests for refunds go unanswered. BBB of Mississippi has requested voluntary correction through written correspondence from Coastal Clique and received the following response:

"Coastal Clique is an online jewelry and clothing store. As for the consistency with the complaints they were mostly due to an independent contractor failing to turn in orders on time. This contractor is no longer affiliated with Coastal Clique. We made changes  to our policies for our remaining and our new contractors. Our company is working with our I.T. department on setting up different order statuses on our website. This was not available before.  New software automatically sends our clients email confirmation showing the order received or not received by home office. We have made changes to our contractors policies and each has to accept and agree. As a young company, Coastal Clique is adapting to the rapid growth and will address the obstacles as they become present." 

BBB reached out to "Coastal Clique" to update company business review. "Coastal Clique is no longer responding to Better Business Bureau Complaints.
